What is the dual AI scoring engine?
Behavioral Match: the AI scores eight compatibility dimensions from your profile (0–100%). For paid members it runs when you finish onboarding, so Browse stays instant.
Expectations Match two-way: your partner criteria are checked against their profile and theirs against yours, then averaged. Most apps only check one direction. Updates when either of you edits preferences.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Your new plan starts immediately and validity resets. Downgrading to a lower tier is not available.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable except as required under Indian consumer law.
What is an 'interest request'?
Sending interest is how you express you'd like to connect with someone. Basic allows 5/day, Plus allows 15/day, Super is unlimited.
What is AI profile analysis?
On Plus and Super plans, our AI engine reads both profiles - education, profession, location, lifestyle expectations, and compatibility scores - and gives you a personalised breakdown of how well this person fits you. Instead of spending time guessing, you get a clear, data-driven read on every profile in seconds.
Is messaging included?
Yes. Any paid plan allows messaging with members who have mutually accepted each other's interest.
